I just spoke with Arif. He did not have time before the press release to have the reverse removed. He has a meeting with the atty. on Tuesday at which time he expects the O.K. to have the reverse removed, with a PR to follow. I asked if it was O.K. to post this and he said please do.

I see the release announcing the Annual meeting says "Certified" financials will be available. A far cry from "Audited". Certified by whom? AA??

As a paid member of FSAAA I do have a quesiton to post publicly. I gather Cleve is going to attend that meeting (If it occurs). How do I go about authorizing him to vote my shares for me in my absence?
