"He also informed me that the audit for 1998 is in progress and will
be completed and posted by the 25th of this month." Are you sure that's what AA told you?

MM:

Regarding the removal of the reverse split....as I see it its like a job description, almost all of them have boilerplate text that says "other duties as assigned". Proxy will no doubt have a clause that states something like " other business brought before the board for consideration" So, they remove the 50 to 1 reverse split and vote on a motion from the floor for a 75 to 1 reverse split. Removal of that article from the proxy you get in the mail means absolutely nothing. PR indicating its removal isn't worth the paper it will be printed on. Furthermore, amendment to the bylaws will userp shareholder votes the way it was written last time around---basically it will amount to the Board (and however owns/controls it) voting from here on out---Our input will mean nothing!

Jim,

RE: How do I go about authorizing him[Cleve] to vote my shares for me in my absence?

I see your last question was not directly addressed.

FSAAA went through this exercise last time around so the mechanism is well defined and ready to go. For now, if you want to group your voting power with FSAAA, just hang onto your proxy. The detailed announcement of the procedures will occur in a timely fashion.

If you plan to be traveling or otherwise unable to respond when the time comes, please send a private email to Dan Provost, Dick Lee, or even respond back to me. We'll get you the specifics in advance of a general release.

In the meantime, watch for "interesting" developments, brought to you by FSAAA.

To all:
Everyone else who has not supported the legal trust fund should again consider FSAAA in light of the recent developments. It's up to each and every one of you to decide where or how you may see a return of share value; ........and whether you just might feel better being an activist trying to reduce the risks of investing and prevent in some small way this scenario from happening to others.

Regards,
Bob.
