BRCM down to 46 in after hours

And that is understandable. On the face of it, people will see:

OMI GOD, INTC is going to eat their lunch and BRCM will die.

Once people calm down, and it could very well happen tomorrow afternoon, BRCM will bounce back.

200 MA at 43. Anyone looking to average down could buy 43-44.
Due for a "wet terd" at that level.
