I've posted this before but would like to repost it for the benefit of new potential investors. Dan Lunt was about the 4th person at WordPerfect and is mentioned the book at the URL below. The rise and fall of WordPerfect is an interesting story. In my opinion anyone (Dan Lunt) who was fortunate enough to go through this experience should have learned some valuable lessons. fitnesoft.com

Let me ask you what i asked Rob,do you really think that Cardinal invested $10-15 million dollars without doing a serious DD? Do you really think they want to see the company tanks? As to WCTI not being a reporting company. You know that they need time and they gave a time frame. You can't expect them to be a reporting co in a week.Can you? Guy
