Mark,
I would like to second your post to Robert Allen, and state my opinion that it was very unfair for Mr. Allen to take that cheap shot at Jack. To lump Jack Kay together with the others, with no supporting facts, or even reference to what he was talking about, was most irresponsible. As I have said here on many occasions, I have only known Jack to be well focused, very honest, and doing his best to improve PTEC's stock price. I may not always agree with Jack's conservatism, and currently wish he would get PTEC's price up sooner, rather than later, but he doesn't deserve to have a post like Mr. Allens go by without criticism of the author.
Jules

Never mind on the previous request. If Riopel joined in 95 and has options underwater, he would not have bothered to file. So I will assume I was right the first time and suggest that he is tying up a lot of cash at no better benefit than a normal investor.

As a member of a Silicon Valley startup (yes, Internet), I can tell you that is the way it is here.
