what would be the motivation of Foote to announce that a big symposium to make public details of this companies progress, if he new that nothing would really come of it. It is either pump and dump technique, childish behavior, or he was really expectating more but was unable to release the info, and rather than delay the symposium, which would create more hysteria, have a scaled down version. He really couldn't make any surprise announcements in private anyway. It is also possible that he is trying to get the price down so that he can repurchase more . So that when the REAL announcements to come out.... With this stock, who the hell knows... Our hopes get lifted every couple of month, only to have them shattered with vacuous announcements and meetings. It may be that the only way to make money with this is to play the day trade or BB stock game of buying and selling on dips and rises, and don't think 0f this as a long term play. FRUSTRATING!
