Hello Anthony and All. I have been following this thread for a while now, and may finally have a possible POS to contribute. The company is RMAG. It is up the past few days on what look to be P&D type news releases. The past two releases have been headlined: "Registry Magic Strikes Microsoft Pact, Stock Jumps" and "Registry Magic Inks New Deal, Stock Jumps." I haven't been around as long as many here, but I've never seen a company release a PR with "stock jumps" in the headline before. I searched Free Edgar and came up empty. Anyone have access to Edgar-Online? The only negative (from a short standpoint) is that Yahoo shows 5.8 mil shares out and only 1.8 mil in the float. Any opinions?
