ALSO WE TALKED ABOUT 504 FILING ALLOWING FOR SECONDARY PUBLIC OFFERING IN HIS WORDS "LIKE HAPPENING NOW"

has another 504 been issued? Or is he talking about the 3+Million shares that are held in litigation and unable to trade at this time.... (this was the result of a 504 offering).
