this 60-90 day "quiet period " is a misnomer. They have already been silent about Brazil, Novatel for more than 60 days. It should be called a "60-90 more day quiet period." Either the biggest BS that has been perpetrated against us shareholders thus far , or something really big will finally be announced. If I was a betting man(I guess I must be if I play BB stocks) I would bet against significant announcements after quiet period based on past history. Nonetheless I am sticking this out(fool that I am).

Telemarketer,

I am not sure of the requirement to move to full NAZ status. I do know that there are book value and bid ask requirements as well as reporting requirements. I believe that the reporting requirement is being handled as we speak. They did hire the accounting firm in November.

I am not sure about the "Quiet Period".

No help Bruce
