That would supercede the norm wouldn't it ?? BJ, I'm not saying that this in fact happened. But, I'm suggesting that "the norm" may not be appropriate here because Weatherford has apparently accepted full responsibility and the dispute is only about how happy the shareholders should be !! <gg> <<It will be settled and I think you will find that the parties are not concentrating on the suit - They are concentrating on the day to day operations>> I think and pray that you are right.
