I hate to see anyone lose money; shorts have been lucky on navr the past two days; proceed at your own risk! A friend of mine is close to the ceo of a large investment firm: they intend to take a huge position in navr.


I'm not sure whether it is clean when you post something like that and refuse to show your cards. It may be illegal. I'm not a lawyer, and I'm not interested right now....
But you may think over it.

When we play poker, we call it "bluff".

By the way: A "privately held investment co takes stake....", this almost sounds like convertible preferred stock.

So is the Private convertible placement by NAVR exercisable at a specific price and with specific timing constraints?
