Yahoo's numbers are very old.

(a) Look at the latest 10-Q for the latest # of outstanding shares.
(b) Look at the latest proxy filing for the # of shares held by insiders
(c) Look at the insider selling

The float = (a) - (b) + (c)

As I said, it is almost 20 million shares.

Regards.
Rajiv

Rajiv is right. Per Navarre's most recent Form 10-Q, filed February 16, 1999, there are 23,053,120 shares currently outstanding. The SEC link is: sec.gov
