I discovered that Robertson-Stephens, Lehman Bros., and H & Q were the investment bankers for OMGA's IPO in Oct. 1997.
As most of us have learned, brokers tend to have a conflict of interest in stocks with whom they also have an investment banking relationship. I know that Merrill, Lynch was still recommending Boston Chicken shortly before it spiraled into bankruptcy.
Nevertheless these three can still only come up with a average 99 earnings of 14 cents/share.
