>>>It could be very technical<<< I agree.... >>> - actaullay it is quite likely only interpretted by the lawyers. The point is they will be bac and forth and then they will come up with a price<<< I agree.... >>>but it aint gonna be no big prize payoff <<< I agree.... >>>that is gonne make any of these companies worth anything more.<<< I disagree... What the settlement (whatever it may be) will do, is allow these jv partners to further develop the play without incurring additional expenses thereby causing minimal share dilution in the companies involved and therefore increasing their per share book values... To me, as a holder of the GCR, that's of the utmost importance... Might not be obvious to the overall market right now, but then as we all know, there are a ton of undervalued CASH COW (plug...plug...<ggg>), producers out there right now that are undervalued... Personally, I think these guy's are on the right track, by bringing the well into production with the known pay zones they have right now... If anything, it'll prove to the Insurance Company (or Court of Law) that they actually do have something and that they are not just pissing in the wind... It'll also ease the burden of expense on the various partners and at the same time generate the "CASH FLOW", minimal as it may be "FOR NOW", which again blows the the chit outta the ones that are still exploring their properties...>>>The value in this play is in the ground. how much is there is the questions that needs to be answered I agree... But then again, what the 'ell do I know...Got BB's on the brain tonight...<ggg>... ...ed
