I found this at the Ottawa Citizen at ottawacitizen.com this morning. It wouldn't let me into the main article for some reason but the teaser is copied below in its entirety. They must be having technical difficulties. Siemens not shopping for Newbridge German telecommunications giant Siemens AG is gearing up for an assault on the networking business, but it appears that Newbridge Networks, a longstanding partner and oft-rumoured takeover target, won't be along for the ride.
