All---got my proxy statement today. Too bad IPEC and SFAM will hold their meetings at the same time. I can't be in two places at the same moment. Read lots of it and digested a few crumbs. Mr. Sam --you have your work ahead of you. Let's hear from you. I have no doubts the merger will proceed. What it will ultimately do for the companies and us smaller stockholders, only time will tell. My main fear is that after the merger- many options will be exercised and immediately sold. The principals and directors will make out very well. I only hope that they will have time to pay attention. There should be a lot of business to be had from here on in. Some of it could even be profitable. Anybody still out there --got any input?
