Ok, update # 2 We went to a place called "Marks in the Park" really neat place they had these HUGE chairs and I felt like Alice in Wonderland... hahahaha or Lilly Tomlin from Laugh in!! The cost of the seminars is free, the cost of the classes are $1000.00 The other brokerage firms in the building are Seibert, Quick and Reilly, Scudder Fund and Fidelity. Frank is an outside consultant with TeachDac, Inc. he owns the company. They have not put effort into trading BB stocks as yet because they feel that there is not a real big interest in daytrading pennies, but they are eventually going to be doing it. As far as advertising in the S. Florida Business Report, they do not want to do print, airtime is so competitive and a more direct target. Airtime gives a much better impression of the company to the market. The time frame for the Vegas office is minimum 60 days, max 120 to start dropping lines. They will be moving with RMC to a larger location around the Hughes Center. We will be having a Grand Opening around the end of the month, I don't have an exact date yet, I need to get with Frank to find out, Charlie wants to coordinate it the same time as the next seminar, so soon as I do, I'll let you know. Naturally I'll be there with camera hook up to keep you all updated on the festivities!! They will be showing everyone demo's of the system and then leave them running so all of us happy little campers can play with them and see what it's all about. Currently, Charlie said they were thinking of opening more offices here in S. Florida in the North Miami area and West Palm Beach. He said he got a call from the landlord in NY who was asking how the soundproofing of that office is coming along apparently we have quite the noisy crowd up there!!! Speaking of NY, he said they are currently doing approximately 6000 trades per month and he truly expects to be doing upwards of 12000. As the traders get use to the software and more comfortable with it, they will trade more!!! We are currently licensed in 27 states and there are applications on his desk for the for the rest of them, they just have to be notarized and sent out, it will take approx 30 days for each state to respond and we're in. They did not do this back in December because the fees are based annually and hey, why waste the money if we're not up and running!!! Congrats to Barb, she will be Beta testing the software, Barb, give Charlie a call and give him all the particulars where to send the kit, he will be here till Saturday or I can give him the information for you. We will also be offering a different version of home software which is more simplistic through CyberT, it will have a preformatted screen with no frills called CyberLight. There is a big PGA tournament in West Palm Beach coming up he would like to set up a tent and demo there.
