This is a done deal and very little chance that HUM share holders will reject it.

HUM does not have any problem with bottom line but top line revenue growth have been a bit of a hassle for last few qtrs and that is one reason HUM is trading around here.

What do I think of the deal ? Better then the australian offer. Would have liked it more if OTEX offer was better and their approach more professional. As for HUMC/DOCS, all that cash + HUM taking the opportunity to get rid of all that Fat at DOCS, including the CEO should be good. At this point, HUMC is trading and being valued more like a value play then a tech stocks so if they can show growth, the stock will go back up and HUMC has a huge amount shorted shares that needs to be covered at some point.
