Hi Norms, << I personally hope that anyone that lost money because of your lies and irresponsibility sues your ever lovin butt. And I hope management takes you to court too for slander. >> Already being discussed. SI has a complete record of every poster's identity regardless of aliases. What he/she did was patently illegal. When he/she first brought this up, I suggested he/she contact the company and Paul Henry directly. It was obvious he/she had no intention of doing so... hence I did it and I requested it be faxed to me in writing on company letterhead to stop this nonsense once and for all. An individual cannot yell fire in a theatre to serve their own needs unless there really is a fire. To do so not only opens that "person" to civil liability for any losses or harm caused to others... but it is also a criminal offense. The "Sword" fell on his/her own "sword" this time and he/she, by his/her open admissions on the threads, incriminated him/herself (no more 5th amendment rights... he/she waived them) and, in the end, anyone else he/she was working with. And now he/she has the audacity to come back to the threads and try and divert attention from his/her lowlife antics by claiming he/she was actually doing us a favor... and by trying to point fingers at other people. To Freak: As late as last night you were defending "Sword"... saying you were PMing back and forth and "Sword" was really a "good guy". Do you still feel the same way now after his/her "revelation" (i.e.: an admitted liar)? We had another poster here once just like "Sword" who tried personal attacks to divert attention from his/her own misdeeds and they are no longer with us... gone on to other threads to ploy their wares. Norms, as you said to "Sword": <<May you lose every penny you ever made and find yourself in the gutter where you belong. What goes around comes around. You will get yours.>> IMO, I don't think you realize how true that comment may turn out to be. More good things on the way for TSIG! Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!! Best always, Marty
