If big news isn't out by the end of April or before I'd have to agree with you. IMO it's worth holding while management gets contracts signed.

More news reportedly coming Thursday, actual revenue producing contracts are rumored to be coming next week. Barrons article is on for this weekend.

The company is reportedly still confident that they can close on Phase III, ($250 million) financing by the end of this month.

Everyone try and hold on, in my opinion, we are in the process of turning the corner.
