Suzanne, perhaps you know more than me. Please explain what would be timely. I have never seen a private placement disclosed in a PR or any other form, other than a 10Q or 10K. Plus, the PP group may have some say, and that might be part of the agreement. What is "straightforward"?? You are also inferring that the company was less than forthright. Are they supposed to tell us every time they go to the bathroom? I would love to know the terms, but the fact that I don't does not mean the company is doing something wrong. I vote certain people in and trust them with my investment. I do not expect them to do anything more than any other company does. You may not like it, but there is nothing wrong with what they did. Oh, and by the way, you invested in a penny stock. If it was MSFT, with daily news offerings, do you think you would have paid less than 50 cents?
