Farris,
let's say that you live in a state that euto is not registered to business in. But you buy your securities through a national broker such as E-trade, Ameritrade or NBD as an example. Euto is registered in the states where these brokerage houses reside. Does your scenario still work?

Eric:
Thanks for the quick reply. I will be checking into this and will be ordering the last of the certs. Any money retrieved on this loser is better than nothing at all. Curious, you still holding ICCN!
I am, at least until they get that darn graphite.

Hi Eric,
Pretty keen idea. Wish I could participate, but I am not going to do that to my broker. I realize that some may say "so friggin what..." and do it to them anyway, but I consider my broker to be a friend too, and I don't expect him to pay for my stupidity in buying and holding this stock. Heck, he is the one person who kept telling me it was nuts to buy most of these stupid stocks in the first place and I think it would be pretty crappy to make him eat it now. Not to mention, he is the best thing that ever happened to a pair of Levi's, and it is just not right to do that to him.

Now if anybody bought it from one of those annoying brokers who call on the phone 10 times a week trying to sell you that "great stock" (usually somebody from New York), I'd stick it to them in a heartbeat.

Just my opinion,

Binder
