Oh, I was concerned about the terms of the PP before it was announced. After hearing about floorless convertible debentures, you bet I was concerned as I'm sure you were. Technically, the company did nothing wrong, because apparently it is not required to file. The matter was NOT handled in a timely, straightforward manner, and I will stand by that point. In the company's defense, an incredible amount of "stuff" has been happening recently, which in the long term will cause us all to forget this little "bump in the road." TSIG's ambitions and plans have far, far exceeded any expectations I originally had for the company. "Orgy of righteousness"—do you like that phrase? I do. Now, PDavid, I apologize for insulting you. Sorry I can't continue this dialog, but spring has come to the southeast, important basketball games are about to be played, and I'm exultant over an imminent dental appointment. Have a great day!
