Michael:

True, but NASA has been underfunded for years and with the funding they were provided came bureaucratic meddling. I'm not sure which scenario I prefer (;o)

They are trying to get a big hold on the middle market for atmospherice launches as I post the other night....at the moment Orbital Science has a stranglehold on the very small satellite launch market, those under 1000 pounds with thier Pegasus...
But the larger market of up to 2500 pounds is wide open or subject to big expensive rockets...
They mentioned Iridium sats more than once...as being a target type of sat for them to launch...3-5 years off...
I am only really in this stock for ARC...the rest to me is just TOO far away and too technichally challenging to really get me excited about making money from it.
Just give me the ARC contracts spin off the rest and I will be happy.
The conference summary was funny...the fact that the news summary was an exact replica of thier lousy overhead at the end of the meeting just makes me laugh out loud that they couldn't get that release out the MOMENT the meeting was over...
I thought they were in the back rooms rewriting and writing something more meaningful...HA
And as for 'exciting" meeting...ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzz
I have been to better Rotary meetings...
And as for presentations....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
that's what I do for a living...and overheads are DARK AGES, fumbling, and illegible pieces of crap that no 'HITECH" company in a SHOWOFF FORUM like the build up of this one made it quite UNeventful...
Why they couldn't have even had some power point or computer generated animation to illustrate how this stuff works is beyond me...
