PanAmerican BanCorp is incorporated in Nevada,
Purewater in Delaware.

PanAmerican merged into Purewater.

Purewater changed its name to PanAmerican.

PanAmerican BanCorp is a Delaware company

Each division is generating revenues. Most of the revenues are being reinvested into the growth of the divisions. As we finish building our infrastructure the revenues can be redirected.
