Something you may want to consider is wide band access to the internet. I live in eastern North Carolina. My fastest connection to date has been once @ 37kbps and that connection failed. The local cable company just laughs when I ask "When?". I don't expect to exceed 33Kbps in the next 3-5 years here. What would it be worth to me for a 1.4 GBps connection by Christmas? Look on the maps and see which areas are going to get wide band before others based on population density. ARC is a viable alternative.
