I was thinking about the BS that Intuit caused CF and the market reaction to it's stock. This little squable I think has totally backfired on INTU, look at their stock. It shows what they lack and how bad they need it.

Also, if CF proves that this is frivolous and their comments damaged the credibility of CF and financially damaged its shareholders as a result(and it has), CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! INTU not only lost market value in their 20% of CF but the could be on the hook for our losses too. "Intuit agrees with the issuance of this statement" they said about CF's press release last night. They are all over the board. Also, there is confidentiality clause and INTU broke it by making a public statement that caused financial damage to CF and its shareholders. Pete, counter sue the....
