From the 10K. I was unaware of the counterclaim:

" The Company believes that Wal-Mart's claims are without merit and intends to vigorously defend against the plaintiffs' claims. Amazon.com has filed a counterclaim based in part on unfair competition and intentional interference. Litigation is inherently uncertain, and there can be no assurance that the Company will prevail in the lawsuit. "

Mike when are you looking for this correction, and do you have a reason?

It is imminent Michelle....We are at an all time high in the Dow and 71% of all company shares are trading below their 200 day moving average. Interest rates will likely be the reason for the "high flyers" to give up....
