I know how you feel.... ...take a couple days off, you will feel better. Hey, weekend is here. You have to take a couple days off! Really, though it is all about confidence. I am building mine up again by making paper calls on the bonds. Once I step back into the arena the confidence will be there for a while and then the market will crush it once again and you start the re-build process all over again. After many moons of this you are supposed to get used to it and be golden. At least that is what I read! :) Relax. No big deal. Don't like the markets, don't trade that day....
