Ray,

I have no idea how true this following notion is, but frankly I do not think there is any element of truth in it. I have been told that the company is trying to keep a lid on the stock price to give them time to get a new stock option plan into place before the stock goes through the roof. What do you think. Sounds highly implausible to me.
