Lance I called and left a voice mail as he was gone for the day.The phone was answered as 3M and the lady said he is still involved with Pace.I will wait to hear back and report what I find.I was told about this via PM and was told to keep an eye on it at .05-.06...I came back to it and it was moving.I did no DD and bought as a momo play and was out with half at .23.I then watched it freefall as everyone else did and bought some back.....5K......I will wait with my shares and see if the gentleman is good enough to return my call before I jump ship. I will spend a little time on this over the week-end and see what the heck is going on here. I said all along it was a momo and I posted somewhere I didn't even know what the heck it was.. "per roger..the 2 million dollars will be used to do a private placement still not determined yet.." Guess this confirmed the 2 million and he doesn't own it.It is in the shell which has 5.8 million shareholders attached to it.We could get into the legalities of a shell and whether it does or does not exist but I don't have the time right now.Will discuss this further over the week-end.
