It is not information I missed,WS---as I see you have ABTX on your
edgar e-mail watchlist also---it is not a bad sign--but I remember how we(including myself) thought that Rice buying roughly a 100,000 shares
at 9 guranteed their was a deal coming----but what I wonder WS you seem to be totally unconcerned about the 24 mil Convertible Debenture deal--I remain confused that this subject is so avoided,like it does not exist.
I least maintained enough objectivity to realize its import and stay out---as an ex-long nothing disturbs me more than no long discusses this issue--Max90

There one possible brightside to view todays action (see chart) quote.yahoo.com it is possible that the price was walked down on low volume and allowed shorts to unload shares the rest of the day---meaning they are possibly drawing a bottom line--that is my glas is 1/2 full theory.Max90
