There are very few domestic mutual funds that I'd invest in. Janus and TRwo Price are two. I think you'd be better off buying mini-spiders (like XLK if you like techs). If I were to buy a fund, it would be concentrating on South East Asia.

BTW, the *trend* in new-high new-low and up-volume down-volume is very significant.
