"The longs have them locked in at higher prices so they (shorts)wait for a possible triggering event event."

Doug first you pose an informative (and not one-sided) post (can't remember the # but threaders it is in there) on the BII selling pattern, then you also make a gramatical error (although this would be would more irregular for Kris. He is just a fountain of information, and a astute proponent of proper English. LOL). Hey Doug, has BII given you a stutter! For some reason when I read the quoted line above I picture you twitching. <ggggggggg>
Although I'm not a betting man, it seems like the tides are turning. I would almost say that Doug's position is a long one. If the company (BII) has disgruntled you in any way Doug, rather than try your best to discredit them entirely, why not get the best form of revenge. Make some money off of them.
Whatever the case may be, threaders be prepared for a ride. TA (technical analysis) is right 80% of the time and BII is scheduled for a break out. Which way no one knows. A wise man once told me that when you become nervous about a speculative investment you must return to your initial DD and research. If the stocks fundamentals have not changed since your purchase, than why should you. The markets continue to look bullish after todays employment income, and inflation numbers. We have at least three more months of stable investing.

>>>I expect to see a 2 for 3 clawback on shares , reduces the float and satisfys national board requirements. . <<<

Now, Doug, you are starting to show your colors again. You know, as as most everyone else on this thread, that a claw back of shares will be seen negatively by most investors. You're attempt to move to a long position has not yet convinced me. Like a good shorter, you have to establish a little trust with everyone so that you may start planting new seeds of doubt.

Sorry for my pesimistic views Doug, but you have not shown any reasons for your turnaround. Do you now believe the companies financials? Do you now believe that the 4th Q numbers are better than you had professed on this thread? Do you now believe in BII?

Or....are you attempting to bring a positive picture to BII so that we do get the upticks needed for more shorting to take place?
