here it is in a quick nut shell.. that 2 million you throw around is papermoney.. the fun part now is how much attention do you bring to a company and people that already had their deal in place..i looked back over my noted form the conversation and went over his part about the private placement part.. the 2 million was already going to be disbursed to his partners at a agreed percentage and there was not a penny for the common shareholder..(he did say the common shareholder would never see a penny in liquidation (-not my words,his)he also stated that there was no efforts at all to seek any further business..he is now with 3m and the PCES-pace healthcare is history,and that except for the legal filings that he thought nobody paid attention to,they have been an empty shell for 1 1/2 years trading on the pink sheets..now the fun part..i say you demand to know where the money is being spent as shareholders and demand to see the legal disbursements.. OUR MOTIVES- I AM TIRED OF PEOPLE USE BULL SHIT RUMORS(.37 VALUE ON THE DOLLAR)FOR COMMON SHAREHOLDERS...COME ON ..PLUS SIR,YOU AND DMXX GO BACK ON EVERY STOCK HE HAS IN HIS PORTFOLIO HISTROY YOU HAVE IN YOURS..YOU BOUGHT MUCH EARLIER THAN .10..YOU PROBABLY WERE IN BEFORE IT HIT THE THREADS..LET US NOT FORGET THE FIRST POST..LIQUIDATION VALUE OF .37 FOR EACH SHARE..THIS IS A SHELL STOCK....PLAIN AND SIMPLE..
