This Paragraph clearly shows they have no debt Wayne. It also CLEARLY shows the common will get nothing in the event of a liquidation.

These are not debatable points. In my opinion.

dexx, did you read this document before you claimed a .37/share value for the commons ? I think not.

WAYNE: DO YOU JUST IGNORE WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING AND POST IN A VACUUM?

1. There is no dispute that PCES has $2 million cash in the bank. If I am wrong I will never post again. If I am right, will you never post again? C'mon, lets make a little wager, or are you afraid to back up your posts?

2. There is no dispute that PCES has a tax loss carryforward. Same wager?

3. There is no dispute that "if" PCES liquidates the common shareholders will get nothing. We know this, why do you keep telling us?

4. While PCES "may" liquidate, it appears more "likely" that it will combine with another concern. Only if such a venture occurs will the tax carryforward be utilized. Otherwise, the tax carryforward will be lost.

5. Is this a risk? Sure it is. Do you have a BB stock that is not a risk? If so, please start a new thread titled "no risk BB stocks" and I will be your biggest fan.

6. Most of us have bought this stock for .25 or less. We didn't pay five dollars for it. I'm willing to risk a little in hopes that PCES combines with another company. If so, the rewards could be great. On the other hand, I could lose my investment and I understand that. If I wanted security I would buy mutual funds, perhaps that's where your money should be.

7. Your motives are transparent for everyone to see. You try to get people to believe that you are looking out for their best interests, so when you have a "pick" people will trust you. Nice try. Instead, you cost us all money by crying "wolf". Please do more than 60 seconds of DD on the next company before crying "wolf" of SI. It will save you embarrassment and us money.
