yhoo insider info shows that there were another round of heavy selling of psft shares in the first two months at this 'undervalued' value, esp., from the Duffield family as MSN article also pointed out($22mil shares have been sold solely from his family). someone may guess that they need money to pay tax because of tax filing season but i think this is not enough to justify the selling. Hence, I think psft may warn for this qt's earning again(they did when they reported the last earning). d.
