I don't have a clue how Tonto came to have the evidence recently sent to Riley so I'll let him answer that question. However, as far as additional "illegal" shares that were issued, this information is in the SEC filings. The 2,000,000 share employee stock option plan and the 4,100,000 shares given to Morgan/Breton/Marcus were all public information. The cartel leadership simply stated that these shares were "locked up" for years and couldn't be traded; however, I don't remember seeing any of these restrictions stated in any SEC filings.
