pays out a 60¢/pa distribution off 4.50 that's a good deal to start off, plus it is at rock bottom because of the Aisian + commodities + oil crisis supplys thermal coal to generate electricity to Utilities out West, the utilities (gvt owned for some ) have built expensive coal power stations right next to Lus's pits.. they aint about to turn off the lights Peter Laugheed (sp) ex premier of Alberta is the CEO, I dont belive they will go belly up the minute the Asian economy picks up this stock goes to $ 6 - $ 9 at least so you have income + capital gains + relatively good security good cash management stock for traders IMO
