Unfortunately, the way these scams work, the company authorizes shares, and places them into public hands through private placement, not via public selling. But you are right, if volume is low, chances are these shares, if they exist are not being sold back on the market.

A word of warning concerning Cawal. He was involved with NIAR resorts, another Time Sharing business.
