Dave,

Two things:

I have written to Dan myself, and am kind of surprised because he's usually pretty respectful and factual. I'm probably the most easy-going guy in the world, but we are all better off to ignore his posts lately. He had great posts a few days ago. I don't know what happened. When his posts get better, we should respond, but until then, I'm placing his posts on ignore.

The other comment is that those of us (you, me, others) who have invested in MRPS did so because we believe in MRPS, their management team, their contracts, and Jon's undisputed effort to tell us that FORD, GM, etc. would have balked at using their name if there were any signs of a scam. We all know the risk and reward factors. We will all gain or lose on this stock. We all believe we will gain. As time moves forward, and more information is brought to us through the direct channels from Microphonics, the price of the stock will increase. When we get their financials, the price will go up. When we hear negative comments by some posters, the price isn't affected in the least little bit. So, I will now go and watch TV, and enjoy the rest of the weekend. Most of us who are now long on MRPS won't change our minds on the stock whether there are great comments, or negative ones. It doesn't change what will happen the first of the week, does it? Thanks for all your informational posts, they (and the posts of countless others) are greatly appreciated.

Good night - best regards,

re:MAX

Mr. Gore,

I have a question to ask, and if I'm way off in left field, please tell me so.

From my understanding the MM's work for brokerage houses big and small. Say one of the large brokerage houses decide they can make money from a stock, so they put their MM's in to do their job. After this happens other houses start jumping in too and then the big players take notice and they jump in. Then before you know it, good things start happening for the stock from all the attention.

Couldn't this help MRPS, or do they not do this with otc stocks. I thought that was what MRPS was talking about when they mentioned a large brokerage house. Then eventually the house would start recommended their stock to their clients if the financials looked good and so on.

Susie

No Dave I disagree. It is not an example of a balanced report. Prefacing your comment with.. "This is the best BB stock I have come across in the last 5 years and one of the very best in my 20 years of trading....." makes it perjorative and therefore void.

You then go on to post ten (eleven really) "pros" and three "cons" with little regard to weighted average. In my mind..(which at the moment is suffering with another Leaf loss although they do have 201 goals which leads the league)..unaudited financials are the biggest detriment to this firm,
(as well as legal problems which you list as a "pro") and as a "con" are worth at least six or seven "pros". So with a codicil.. your post is acceptable but without it, it is misleading. By the way you asked for comments.

Tampa Bay beats the Habs!!!..Way to go Wendell

regards

A.G.

There you go again, spreading more misinformation.

You say "unique" product. Hell, even Microphonics admits it has competitors including CTRL. #reply-8173819

Ya, I know, you are going to come back with some 5th generation technology bullshit etc., but you forget to mention additional development costs, ie, maybe debt that goes along with that technology. Which who knows, may have been paid with 3 cent stock or stock options. Can't blame you for wanting to ignore how the real world works.

And I wouldn't put an Investment Banker dumping (or shorting) 1.4 million shares into the market on the plus side. These kinds of activities call into question the return investors can expect to receive on their investment and as well as the regulatory background of Microphonics. Which by the way, could cause the SEC to invoke rule 15c2-11.
