Gee Wily do I feel silly. I was looking right at the "power saver" settings and didn't notice them. However, neither is activated.
Under the device manager for system there is a monitor listed (plug and play) and a display adapter (Tseng Labs ET6000/ET6100 4.10.01.0020). Any idea if it could be the display adapter with a plug and play monitor? It still puzzles me that this only started happening after upgrading to Netscape 4.5.

Thanks
Dwane

Wily or anyone,

I have Win 98 running Netscape Communicator 4.5. When someone sends me a link, it opens IE to display it. Why wouldn't it open in the browser that I'm using? TIA
