Hmmmm. Interesting. I agree though that this is something they need
to make clear to people... I told NDB they should add a "balance"
and an "available balance" to their screen. If some of the money
is restricted then they shouldn't make it look like you can use it.
Naturally my suggestion was politely acknowledged and equally politely
ignored. I've had really good experience with NDB as long as I don't
have to talk to a human being.... ;-)
