OK, thanks for the information. I'm pretty sure they don't operate that way at their head qtrs and other sites. Things like you described can happen after acquisition. It's also possible that the company that you were working at that time (probably one located in the west coast, silicon valley) when FORE acquired was already in pretty bad shape and FORE made the mistake of acquiring it in the first place. May be that's explain why they need Berekley. The Berekley ESX2400/4800 are very good products.
