I spoke with Sitra via email.
They still haven't received the response (comment letter) from the SEC. My impression is that they still can not really say with any assurance when ANYI will trade. As I understand it, they are waiting to see if there are changes to be made to the SEC filing. Once the SECs comments have been addressed to there satisfaction a request for an "effective" date can be submitted. Once the registration statements are deemed effective, they then go back to the NASD to obtain the necessary approval for a stock listing.
I am still unclear about the 60 day max waiting period that began with the original filing on Feb. 5. Does this mean that the SEC has until April 5 to respond with there comment letter or that ANYI will be approved/denied by that date. Any insight on this will be appreciated.
