Robert, I am not going to hazard a guess on 4th qtr's revenue in terms of an exact number. Below are some thoughts. 3rd qtr was indeed minimal (about $370,000). Portico had only been out for 2 months and I think they did indeed only had minimal subscribers at that time. Two months revenue was not that much and I am sure their billing was screwed up and may have reflected a months worth of billing at the most. I couldn't even tell you how much of that $375 k came from Portico. 4th qtr should have 3 full months of Portico usage (ie billing). But, I don't think they had a large signup of Portico users (ie 10,000 or more). IMO, all of the shows that GMGC attended last fall resulted in rather large amount of individuals signing up (100s - low1000s). I don't know whether the signups were just for one month in order to trial the service or for a longer period of time. If large amounts of individuals did signup at these shows, I would doubt that their billing would be for more than maybe one month due to the fact that I am sure it takes at least one month before billling starts and then the qtr ended in December. Also, I doubt very seriously that Intuit or QWST resulted in much if any revenue. QWST I think started trialing in the first part of December so at the most, GMGC would get only about a month's worth of revenue from QWST (nominal usage). I am unaware of GMGC getting any revenue from Intuit (unless they were trialing in Nov or Dec). Revenue from Intuit may have started coming in late this qtr (1st qtr 99). 1st qtr 99 should be a different story. I think the subscriber base has increased (due to rumors and nothing else), you will have 3 months of QWST trials, and Intuit may have been also involved in trialing this qtr. Also, this will be another 3 month billing cycle with hopefully an ever increasing revenue or subscriber base. Some of the expenses (for 4th qtr) beyond what was accounted for in the previous qtr are: 1. Saatchi and Saatchi (sp), how much was accounted for in the 4th qtr 2. I think $3 million for the spinoff of DataRover (but, there may be less expenses due to these employees who stayed with DataRover and thus there is no salary for these individuals coming out of GMGC's bank). 3. Expense of giving 60 minutes free for new users. Anyway, these are some of my thoughts. I am still very bullish on GMGC, but I don't want people to believe that GMGC will have blowout revenue numbers. Take care, Kurt
