Micron gave ti 29,000,000 SHARES OF mu STOCK IN EXCHANGE FOR THE DRAM BUSINESS---THE STOCK WAS AT 24$ WHEN THE DEAL WENT DOWN AND HAS INCREASED IN VAlue a great deal---Ti will probably sell the stock for a nice profit.

They have 40 million shares of Micron that can be dumped starting April 1. Could be a billion dollar quarter for TI stockholders if they do. I cannot think of a reason not to. Micron has gone from 80 to
47 and change in three weeks -- seems like it would be a nice little profit.
