JDN--- looks like a retreat to the cold war days when bomb shelters were being built --- not in the North Woods --- . It still sounds unreasonable to me if the reason is for Y2K. Which 60 people out of the millions living in LA get in? They may lock the most fearful 60 in for that period to keep them off the street. ROFLMAO... Possibly they could even charge them up front for the space... I sure would like the source--- to see if there are more,,, maybe just in LA, Phila, SF, DC and other choice locations--- could it be for when the aliens arrive?
