From RB.... Sterling Vacation Corp. is a newly-registered company in Florida. It just filed with the State on January 21st. The registered agent is Mr. Jeffrey Klein, and the only officer listed is Mr. Howard Helfant. These people have no apparent connection with Eutro Group Holding or any of its previously known affiliates. The owner of Club Ivy is a Mr. Thomas Viola, who may be the same individual who owned a construction company in south Florida in the mid-1970's. That's where the association likely comes from. No apparent warts to reveal here. Believe me, I checked.
