It is very simple. When THRM did its reverse merger with DRMN, it was based on the proportionate shares provided by DRMN one for three. Thereafter, PRWT provided 40 mm shares to equal the benefit arrangement that People's Health Network would receive once the Powerx acquisition was accomplished. Once that happened, DRMN ceased to exist, PRWT with its reverse merger with PanAmBancorp then became a Delaware Corp. I'm sure you can find it on the site or call the company
